A Confusion Matrix is a matrix detailing the errors of a classification model on a per-class basis, where the element IJ of the matrix corresponds to the percentage of data points from class I which were classified as belonging to class J. Thus a good model has a confusion matrix with high values in the diagonal and lower values off-diagonal.
